You may notice, every year, websites change and grow into new ideas embracing new technology and technological advances. The world is always changing. We are always changing. Business is always changing. Therefore, SimplyCollectibleCrochet.com is changing for the better! Be sure to scan and read the entire post about everything that’s new and ENTER the GIVEAWAY below.
Exciting NEW secret plans:
There are also some secret projects in the works to make your crocheting a dream! That being said, be sure to sign up for my posts at the top of my website and be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel so you don’t miss out on any videos and you’re notified through email.
Video:
I wish I could do things faster, but I will be including a lot of video as has been requested over the years. Many of you may know, video can be extremely challenging and difficult times at times. It requires special equipment and lighting so everything can be done properly. Not to mention, I’m quite the stickler for video production as I want to see at least a skeleton of how I like things presented. While mine will not be professional production quality like some of the major players produce, they will be simple and concise. I’ve chosen to video crochet stitches and crochet pattern tutorials making it just as easy to use as with many other videos.
An update on Crochet Chat:
The live chats will continue (weather permitting) this year even though Mistie and I have had some challenges with the weather and life schedules. You’re absolutely going to love what I have in store. Now that I’ve told you this, you will be holding me accountable.
CALs (crochet-a-longs):
Do you love them? Have you ever tried one? I have to admit, they were not my thing. But I have an idea that is going to excite many of you. Please don’t forget to subscribe at the top of my website for notifications.

Yarn Giveaway!
This yarn is so beautiful and soft that I immediately made this Chevron Flare Blanket crochet pattern – Baby to King Size. Aren’t the colors stunning?
My favorite thing about Baby Hugs is that it is certified chemical-free. My family is highly sensitive to chemicals and we have compromised immune systems and this yarn is perfect for us. I will also use this when I make hats for others, just in case. This yarn is ultra soft and squishy, and it comes in more colors than pastels. There are dark, rich, fall colors, and other hues that are great for adults.
Winners will receive 5 balls of Baby Hugs Medium ($25 value) in assorted colors. Colors may be different than shown. Entries are limited to North America (US, Canada, and Mexico). Good Luck to all!

Thank you for letting us know about Baby Hugs yarn. I will use it when making chemo caps (I donate them) as people undergoing chemo are also immuno compromised.
