Super Scarf Crochet Pattern
This crochet scarf was inspired by a trip to Rome, and you’ll want to say ciao right away. It’s soft and elegant, just the beautiful addition your closet’s been missing.
You’ll work this crochet scarf pattern flat, back and forth until you reach the size you want. Since it’s a super scarf, you’ll want to reach supersize. It also calls for a super bulky weight of yarn so you can really get that thick texture.
This is an easy thing to crochet scarf pattern and looks great with just about any outfit that needs an extra touch. It’s also long and wide enough that you can wear it in many ways. Try it draped over both your shoulders, wrapped under a coat, or keeping you warm on top of a matching t-shirt.
All your other scarves can move over, because this is a super scarf, and it’s here to stay.

Ch 31
Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook (skipped chs do not count as a st), dc in each remaining ch across. (30 dc)
To sc between sts, insert your hook between the posts of the indicated sts and make an sc. This counts as having worked those 2 sts, so the next instruction starts with the following st.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in first st, ch 3, sk next 3 sts, sc between next 2 sts, [ch 3, sk next 2 sts, sc between next 2 sts] 5 times, ch 3, sk next 3 sts, sc in last st. (9 sc, 7 ch-3 sps)
Row 3: Ch 3 (counts as dc throughout), turn, 4 dc in next ch-3 sp, [sk next sc, 4 dc in next ch-3 sp] across to last st, dc in last st. (30 sc)
Rows 4 – 147: Repeat rows 2-3 72 times more.
Fasten off. Weave in all ends.

711” x 123” equals 59.25’ x 10.25’ that is not the actual size?
