Hooded Crochet Poncho Pattern

Hooded Crochet Poncho Pattern

Hooded Crochet Poncho Pattern

This easy crochet poncho will keep you warm and cozy! The crochet poncho pattern is super unique and a lot of fun to crochet.  It can be customized with modifications for several sizes from child-sized to a full adult capelet or long poncho.

This makes it very versatile so that you can create a unique, handmade poncho that fits your style. The longest version is great to pair with tights and boots for a cute fall look, while the shorter poncho length is perfect to grab and bring along as a pullover.

I love this style because it’s somewhere in between a poncho and a hooded capelet, which means you can create a variety of looks from it. It’s very warm because it uses super bulky yarn, but is also not too heavy so it’s great for layering over lighter pieces.

Depending on the size you choose, this easy crochet project can either work up very quickly or be a great project to work on overtime.

Whatever you choose to use this poncho for, I know you’ll love it just as much as I do!

I don't see a hood though, just a cowl neck.

I am new to your crochet site as of today. I am impressed with ͏way you show some of us nonprofessional crocheters how to make the project. Since my income is limited, I can either buy yarn or a pattern, so with your free patterns I can start a project away. I also appreciate the lovely variety of projects also. Thanks for your web site!
